This is a horrible service. The driver who shipped my car wanted to be paid cash and refused any payment by card. After i paid them they decided to keep my keys and said they would mail it. They never did. I contacted Robert Anderson so he could talk to them but he told me this was not his responsibility. The guys who are shipping the cars are thugs from Chicago. They are very rude and unprofessional. They might be cheaper but they will certainly not provide a good service. This was a horrible experience

Loaded 1 day after receiving order for standard shipping rate. Great service. Customer wanted us to leave vehicle on street with keys in tailpipe and accept credit card# over phone that was not in his name. We told him at loading that our drivers accept Cashiers Check, Money Order, Cash, Paypal, Cash App and Zelle. Not some #'s over the phone from somebody else's card. Driver forgot to leave 2nd set of keys and mailed them UPS. Customer wanted overnight next day because he said we might come back and steal his car. Guy was a complete tool.
