...for the price. There was zero customer support before the pickup. I got a 2 day notice for pickup about a week after I applied online. Once the driver had my car he personally called several times with a dropoff schedule. The car arrived dirty but in fine shape. Bottom line, if you've got the time to go cheap this is a good company to save a few bucks.
