We had him scheduled for loading exactly when he wanted and even gave him a time for the next day. Then we had 2 different brokers offer out the contract for sale. 1 broker said they low balled him a price to try and steal the order and offered it to us not knowing we already had the contract. The other low balled him by $200 and said they were keeping his deposit for giving out multiple contracts. READ THE FINE PRINT. Do not believe what these brokers tell you to get your order on the phone. They just want a credit card to run. We cancelled it and took 2 others from a broker. We can not run the risk of arriving for pickup and the vehicles not be there. Trucks get 6 mpg not to mention the drive time etc. This customer should be mad at himself for hiring multiple companies based on verbal promises. We do not take a deposit or credit card. He then takes it out on us with a bad review. Now he is paying $400 more to a broker instead of just sticking with us. I find this typical for people always looking to save a few bucks. Hire a CARRIER and avoid brokers.
