I chose Trusty Transport because they were based in Tempe, AZ so if I had a problem with the shipping I would be a hop skip away from their office. I put in my order Friday 6/24/05. On Monday 6/27/05, I was assigned a carrier. On Tuesday, my Volvo was picked up and arrived at my doorstep Friday at 6pm. One week after I put in my order!!! The driver was very courteous and professional. I didn't have to pay any deposit which is very unusual. Every broker required a deposit except Trusty Transport. I paid the full amount of $895 to the driver. My car came in perfect condition, just a little dusty. My only complaint is that the only way to communicate with Trusty Transport is through email (Robbie). There is a phone number you can call but it only directs you to send an email for any inquiries. That was a little frustrating. I had to have the dealership fax me the copy of the bill of lading once the car was picked from him. From there, I got the driver and carrier company contact information. I had the driver's (Ovi) cell phone number so I was able to call him whenever I wanted to find out status.
