Avoid Trusty Transport

Hello,

I'll begin by saying that "yes" there was a mix up regarding the exact day my vehicle would be ready for transport, however, that does not give the shipper the right to respond to me in this manner (see our e-mail communications below). Unfortunately Trusty Transport only communicates with its customers via e-mail, so there is no customer contact or actual human to speak to. I was quoted a price of $556 all inclusive, however, it ended up being $595 when the driver arrived at our home. My wife had to run out to the bank and get the rest of the money. In all of my communications with Trusty or Robbie, I was always very professional, friendly, and pleasant. This was my first experince ever shipping a vehicle so I was new to the process. I will never use this company again. Period.

You must be joking. First you double book it with another broker. You tell us it is ready and we send a truck out. It is not ready (companies charge a $100 dry run fee) then we are told again it is ready but we call ahead and it isn't. We are told it is definetly ready last monday but then it isn't until thursday. What a fricking mess. We lost money on this after dispatching it 3 times. I'm shocked dispatch didn't charge you a heck of alot more than $39. You got balls.

Hello,

I received my vehicle today and I really appreciate it. However, there was a discrepancy on the price we agreed upon. The difference is $39 more than the amount of $556 which I was quoted below. When the driver arrived today, he said the total was $595. Let me know how you'd like to handle the difference.

Thanks,

Bruce
