Never showed up on confirmed date, bad communication

I had used Trustytransport in the past with great success. Second time around was awful. I tried scheduling a quick turn around on a car transport from Brownsville, Texas to Denver, Colorado. When the date I requested pick up passed, I emailed them (no phone number is available) to ask what the status of the pick up was to get this response "It is scheduled for tomm. It's not every day trucks are on the mexican border.".... Yeah kinda rude.. No pick up that day nor that weekend. On Monday I tried emailing, they referred me to a totally different company to check with the status. That company (Reggie Willis Transportation) was only able to pick the car up the following afternoon. When I canceled because I was desperately needing the car, that second company yelled at me for canceling at the last minute ......

Anyway, my family is driving the car part way for us to pick up. Horrible horrible customer service....as other poster pointed out, if a company does not provide you with a telephone number and they are transporting your vehicle, it may not be a good sign.
