Charles contacted me after i had posted a request on UShip. I was transporting a classic VW and thus wanted to be sure it was removed from WI before the snow hit and brought to NC in a timely manner. Charles called me and was very thorough and professional in describing the process. He had a background in classic cars so he took extra steps to ensure my vehicle would be handled with care, and that we would scrutinize the driver/transporter that they use in order to avoid a delayed shipment process. He called a couple times giving me updates; he had passed over a couple offers because the drivers were not well documented. He ended up arranging a pick up within the timeframe i had requested, and the car arrived quicker than i had thought it would given the recent snow storms that hit the Midwest. The driver called, arranged dropoff, and walked me through the paperwork and inspected the car to show there was no subsequent damage. The entire process was timely, professional and trouble-free. They were not the absolute cheapest price, but they were close to the cheapest, but definitely avoided the pitfalls of the low bidder scenarios i read about online.
