Recently had my first and a fantastic experience with Trusted First Auto Transport and Kelly Chamberlin, who managed the logistics of transporting my car across the country from San Diego to Maryland. Kelly was easy to get in contact with via phone or email and took the time to answer my questions as this was the first time I have transported my vehicle. He was in frequent communication about the pick up times that were most convenient for me and was very flexible with my busy schedule. The driver of the pick up truck was in quick contact with me and already had all my information from Kelly. The driver arrived on time and safely boarded my car on the truck. The car was set to arrive within 7-10 days and arrived within ~ 9 days (even over the Thanksgiving holiday). The car arrived without damage and the items left in the car were still there. Would highly recommend using Trusted First Auto Transport, had a wonderful experience and thoroughly appreciated their competitive pricing. There are so many transport companies out there, but look no further and just use Trusted First... I'll be using them again!
