Dishonest company.

First of all you do not see a contract or terms of conditions until after you have put in your order. At which point and cancellation apparently incurs a $75 fee. This is meant to be only if a driver has been contracted. I was charged this fee before a driver was contracted; however, have been threatened by Todd Porter and his attorney should I choose to pursue this matter further.

Don't be fooled. I found Todd to be very personable on the phone yet incredibly insulting and unprofessional once I put in a cancellation request.

What is even worse is that the only reason I went with him in the first place is because he led me to believe that the broker I had been speaking to was trying to trick me. Ironically, it was Todd from "Trusted" First Time Auto Transport that was being dishonest.

Unfortunately there will always be a bad apple in the bunch. This customer thinks it is ok to waste hours of your time working for them to provide a service and then back out on a commitment and your word with no recourse to them. I think after hours of work, it is perfectly fine and justified that I charged this customer a $75 cancellation fee per the contract and terms and conditions. I don't always charge the cancellation fee, but she "qualified" if you know what I mean, enough said.
