I was very nervous, and really had no idea what I was doing. My True Price bid was substantially lower than the competitors, Dan Brock took care of me every step of the way, even calling the day after delivery to make sure I was happy. Your driver Nos(spelling) was an absolute dream to work with! He was delivering a travel trailer to another town an hour away, he took the time to make a few repairs to the lights, and when we encountered tire issues, he knew exactly who to call, and got us a great deal on the tire price too! This resulted in a half days work becoming two, and Nos did not hesitate to reschedule with us on the spot, and never did I feel like an inconvenience! He even took the time to show us how to level and set up the utilities. I have worked in customer service for years and can not say enough good things about my experience with this company. I HIGHLY recommend!!!!!!
