We hope this customer feels better after the harrasment and cuss words and lies he has done to make our company look bad while making him feel better. This customer did book on 6/16 but first available pick up date was not set until a later date. Customer cancels on 2nd business day to go with another broker. Per contract, there is a $75 dollar cancellation fee which will be upheld per proof and emails so when the dispute with credit card company comes, the customer will lose that fight. We are more then happy to receive this negative rating as we did nothing wrong and we will not be taking advantage of as we deal with 100's of new customers every week and repeat customers per our feedback on uShip and other sites. Then customer harassed us saying he never booked an order with us, so we sent customer his signed order with IP address. Once we were open Monday, we had a carrier who could of picked this up Tuesday, but customer would rather cancel as his load is still posted on national load board with another broker. Customer says he received no confirmation from us that an order was placed, yet he replied to his order confirmation email. There is no cancellation fee for when orders go past the estimated time frame for pick up, and we will ship your vehicle for free if we go past the estimated time frame for pick up. There is no status updates everyday. Updates are only done when dispatched, picked up, delivered, and if for some reason we go past estimated time frame you will get an email stating we will work that shipment for free. Let alone we do not compensate for reviews, especially when the order was never picked up. I understand customers get mad, and I am sorry for any confusion this customer might of had during this time. We advise cusotmers to read there greetings email to have a smooth shipping process.
