Kim at Tru Auto Transport was absolutely amazing. This was my first car-shipping experience and after reading horror stories about other peoples' experiences, I feel so lucky to have found Kim. She explained everything to me, answered my questions and was completely honest and helpful throughout the entire transaction. If this is your first time shipping a car, definitely talk to her about how the process works! She never tried to push me or get money upfront (other companies asked for up to $300 months in advance before a driver was even found!). She kept in constant communication with me during the entire process (even on the weekends). My car was picked up and delivered on the days I requested and was kept in perfect condition. The actual price ended up being $150-350 less than what I was quoted by other companies. After speaking to about 8 companies, Kim was the only person I felt comfortable with and will be the only person I will ever deal with when shipping my car in the future.
