Michael - as we emailed NUMEROUS times, I told you once the vehicle has been dispatched to a carrier, there would be a deposit of $200 to hold the spot on that driver's truck.
I did respond to you, but most times I sent an email to your military email address, it came back as non-deliverable. I saved every email showing that I sent them to you.
You being overseas, and is not being able to speak on the telephone was not easy.
The driver I hired to pick your vehicle up called your mother at least 20 times, and so did I, and no answer and no return phone calls. I gave you a credit of $100 that I did not need to do. The other $100 went to the driver for a dry run fee. I was lucky he did not charge me any more than that, since your vehicle took up 2 spots that he lost out on.
I AM NOT HAPPY that I worked on your order, got you a reputable carrier as I said I would, and your mother never gave him the car.
I LOST MONEY.........so really Michael, who should be unhappy here?
Next time you ship a vehicle it may be easier if you contact the shipper by telephone and do it directly yourself.
Thank you for your service..........
