As a first-time searcher for car transport, I was quite anxious/nervous about the experience. I searched several websites for the best deal, and though originally not the best price, received an email from Matt with Tristar one day after requesting a free quotefor $720 stating "there was a cancellation" and a discount would be offered, the total cost ended up being $695 to transport my car from Indiana to California right after New Years, the best price by far. I called and was able to clarify any questions/concerns I had by speaking to Matt. He then walked me through the online payment system and items allowed/not allowed in the car and the total weight of the items. Matt also offered me the opportunity to review my experience to not only be compensated but to state that they were "always looking for customer reviews/opinons on how to improve service." I specifically asked about hidden fees and was ensured that the price I was quoted was the price I would pay. Before booking with Tristar, I did extensive research online and found the reviews to be positive, which was also a factor in my decision, I was able to see that many of the customers rated their experience with five stars and that overall the company has four out of five stars. I would recommend this company, but also encourage people to reseach and find the best situation for them.
