I called to get my car moved and was quoted a reasonable price to have it shipped to me. Vehicle was picked up on time and delivered on time. However when the truck arrived with my car he wanted more money then i was listed in my contract!!! He would not give me my car until I paid the additional amount. I called Tristar and they told me that was the cost of doing business. I needed to pay it. So they contacted another company to move my car for a different price then was negotiated without even telling me and basically holding my car ransom!!! Never again do I ever even want to hear their name!!!
