I scheduled pick up of my mare in KY with Triple AC Ranch at the beginning of May 2013 with Andrea, scheduled for early June. They were supposed to pick her up on the 4th of June and deliver her on a straight through trip with no layovers. I had several communications with Andrea and also with Amy on the pickup dates and times. The week before they were supposed to pick up her up on Tuesday, I called and spoke with Amy regarding the deposit I had sent in and also tried to inquire on pickup times, to which she replied it was too early to know and that I would be contacted before Monday to set up final times. She said they were finalizing route.
On Monday, I had not heard anything from anyone with the company so I attempted to TEXT TWICE and also called and emailed. I let them know that I needed to have final times to inform the boarding farm. I NEVER heard back from them. At 10:30 P.M. I text Andrea and told her that I would not authorize them to pick up my mare due to failure to communicate. I did NOT receive a response from this.
On Tuesday at 10:00 A.M. ( the morning they were supposed to pick her up) I received a call from Tony ( whom I had NEVER spoken to before) that apologized for keeping me uninformed and informed me that they were not able to do a straight through trip like they were planning and that they were looking to find another company that they work with to do the trip for me. They were not even on the way there or anywhere close. He assured me they would communicate with me from now on. I never heard another thing.
I emailed on June 9th that based on our contract, "In case of cancellation by transporter, full refund will automatically be given if you do not wish to utilize our services on the recommended rescheduled date," that i was not opting to take a rescheduled date and would instead take my full refund that as stated clearly above they owed. I did not receive a response until June 12th, asking me to send an email canceling my shipment to which I responded that I was not canceling anything, they had violated contract and that I would just take my deposit in the standard 30 days (as mentioned in THEIR responses on other reviews on this site). I was to receive that by July 5th. Today is the last day of July and NOTHING. I have left several messages and emails and received no response.
Also, all calls, texts and emails have been recorded, so I am not slandering anyone. This is an exact replay of what occurred. To date, I have received NO DEPOSIT REFUND AND NO COMMUNICATION.
