no call back/bad email address

I too had called Triple A auto transport. I had received an email from Greg G. giving me my quote. I called the number and a male answered the phone, I asked for Greg G., he said who? Oh, thats my middle name, I use it on my site.(not a good start). He said he could get a driver for my car and said he would call me as soon as he had olcated one. (within 24 to 48 hrs) Took a deposit and said it would not be posted until a driver had been secured. No call. I called the reguar number listed and got a voice mail, I left a message. No call back. Called the other toll free number, again got a voice mail, no call back. Had a change of plans, called to let them know i was cancelling and to please call me back. No call. Then I tried to send an email to the address listed on the site to this Greg G@tripleaauto.com. Wake up folks! Can't send an email to a .com site. This is a web search address only! Found out the hard way!. I am now going to contact my bank on Monday and block any attempt to my card for a deposit. I don't know if they even canceled my reservation! Was told by another co. that no driver would come as far as I needed him to in Idaho due to it being out of their way! Said i would be told this after my car was picked up and that i would have to meet the driver elsewhere or pay an additional fee to have the car delivered to my door!
Didn't feel the professionalism was there! Would chosose another carrier next time.
