Travelers Auto Transport is just another auto shipping broker, and a poor one. They will tell you they have never received a complaint, which is not true based upon the traffic on this board alone. They took a $200 deposit and, despite a quick turn-around, said they would have a pick-up 3-days later, (I called on Thursday and they even said I would hear back by Saturday at the latest). I didn't hear from them again. I contacted them and they said they couldn't possibly hit the date they suggested and gave not indication when they could hit it. I cancelled and they promised to refund the deposit, which they also did not do, (I had to dispute the charge with my CC provider). Bottomline, all promises, no delivery and just another terrible car shipping broker.

Unfortunately this seems to be a fake review. There was no order ID, pricing, origin, destination or in fact any information provided for this transport. We try our best to meet all clients needs and pride ourselves on customer satisfaction
