I was contacted by "Augie" on a Tuesday to transport a vehicle and then heard nothing for 5 days. When I tried to call back, the number I had been texting with was "out of service". A quick Google search showed that the number I was corresponding with was actually for a plumbing service in Long Island. Like a lot of auto transporters, these guys are liars. I was told that I could expect delivery in a few days, but was never contacted again. I should not have had to call multiple times for my refund to be processed and should have received frequent updates regarding my transport. Even bottom-feeders like these auto transporters need to have some degree of integrity and professionalism. Most don't and are ruining it for anyone else who is trying to earn an honest living.
