I highly recommend Transporter Auto Services, Inc. Service was always prompt. Someone almost always picked up the phone or got back to me immediately. I was new to shipping cars and I was led through the process with step by step instructions that I could understand. I could always talk to the same person, Linda Richards, and had a direct phone number and email to her, so I had continuity as the process proceeded. She was patient with my many questions. My car was early and I was not available to pick it up, and she was great about getting the storage fees cleared. She knew her stuff!! She had practical, grounded knowledge and experience about how the process went, which helped me through it. She and others I spoke with in the company came across as trustworthy from the start and followed through with everything they said they would do and more, giving me a final impression of trust and dependability. I feel lucky to have found them.
