This was the first time I'd ever shipped a vehicle. Unlike other transport brokers, Tim took pains to thoroughly and honestly explain how the industry works. In an industry where brokers bad-mouth each other and tell half-truths, Tim was a breath of fresh air. Transaction was generally smooth and without unwelcome surprises.
