We have never been contacted 24 hours before pickup as was requested and we have never been contacted 24 hours before delivery as promissed. Twice now we have had mechanical problems being the delay cause, but were never contacted by tranport service when the new pickup time would be. We have always made the contact to find out pickup and delivery times. We deal with professional people that have set schedules and would like to know pickup times and dates.
