Door to door did not happen...

We were promised door to door shipping for our vehicle, which transport services clearly never planned on providing. We communicated through James during the planning for the shipment, and then were contacted by the driver a little less than a day before the expected pick-up. The driver stated that he would pick up our vehicle at a Best Buy parking lot at a specific time the following day. He claimed he could not pick up our vehicle door to door because his truck was too big despite the fact that we had a moving truck that was the same size in front of our house that day. When we delivered our car to the Best Buy parking lot I found out he had four or five other vehicles being dropped off there, which just proved that he was too lazy to go to each individual house. We had similar problems at the destination as well. Our vehicle was delivered safely and in working condition and the customer service was good. Our calls were always returned within 30 minutes to an hour if we left a message. Overall we had some doubts with the pick-up and delivery but ended up very happy with the process. We would use transport services again.
