Overall, I was satisfied with my experience with Transport Services. I have no problem referring them to my colleagues, my friends, my family.

My sales rep, Vic, was knowledgeable and friendly. He seemed genuinely interested in ensuring I had a good experience. He answered all my questions. He was a professional.

My only gripe was the rather long period of time I was on hold when I called in to Transport Services. I had a question about transporting belongings inside the car. I was put on hold for about 12 minutes. I'm not altogether upset, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Again, I was very pleased with Transport Services. I would call them again the next time I need a car transported.
