Great price, undamaged cars, not-great customer service

We chose Transport Services because their quoted price to ship two cars was much cheaper than any other company. They were a day late picking up our cars, but the cars arrived on time in Florida without any scratches or dents or other damage. They required $200 down before the cars were even picked up.
