Mike can explain every bad review that Transport Services has against it. I was foolish enough to believe him. He said that the rating of an "F" by the Better Business Bureau was due to Transport Services refusing to become a member. I now know that all of the complaints were accurate.
I was told that my car would be picked up on the 26th, 27th, or 28th and that I would recieve 24 hours notice before pick up. It is now 9PM on the 29th and the car has not been picked up and no one has called.
I have called, left messages, and emailed Mike and Transport Services. I have not even received a return call or emial. They have however been very prompted at charging my amex a $150.00.
If you contract Transport Services to move your car YOU WILL BE SORRY.

We are sorry, there was a problem with the truck and our first concern is the safety of the vehicle. We did not want to put it on a 10 car carrier that was not working right. Once again we do apologize and if we can do anything ion the future to help you please let me know.
