I talked to Brad a few weeks ago. He said he had a driver that was going to be in the area to pickup our van. He sent me the contract and everything went smooth. I explained to him the van had a raised roof and was a handicap van. He said not a problem. After we talked to the actual truck driver he was concerned about the size and said it was going to cost more money. I had been waiting a month and needed the van shipped so I called back to Transport Services. They said it was going to cost $550 more! The customer service person apologized and said they could relist our van to for a cheaper price. That wasnt acceptable I had already waited a month with another carrier so she offered to knock $50 off the total, so our out the door price was $2,150.00. The van was picked up on time and delivered only 1 day late. Not bad. The driver was great. Transport Services could have been better with their price quote. I was not happy to have to pay an extra $500.

I would only use Transport Services again if I was sending a standard type of vehicle. I would not use them for anything that has been modified.

Very Nice guy, he had many problems getting this car shipped, we tried to do what ever when can to get it picked up at the quoted price. When we saw that we coulld not get it done for the price quoted, we told him we will refund his deposit and cancel the deal or it would be $500 dollars more, so it was an option for him. 99.8% of the time we do not have to do this. We do apologize and just hope that you are happy with the Van. Thanks, Cory
