I contracted with them to pick up a vehicle near Seattle, WA and deliver to Cincinnati, OH after the seller had graciously requested quotes from several transport companies. I went with this firm because I was told by the seller they had a great reputation and the sales person had been great in providing quotes and information relating to the transport.
Despite several communications and scheduling glitches, the vehicle arrived in good condition.
