I had a very satisfactory experience with Transport Services. I received a reasonable quote, not the lowest and not the highest, but within my budget and comfort level based on previous reviews/ratings. The level of customer service support provided by Ryan Mahoney, Senior Transport Advisor, is truly what customer service should be across the board. Unlike the executive assistant Jessica Monteiro, who claims to be "the manager" with very poor customer service skills, Ryan is competent, resourceful, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend doing business with Transport Services, but more specifically with Ryan. For a flawless and reliable vehicle transportation transaction, he is the man for the the job. Ryan gets the job done with utmost professionalism and competence. Thank you Ryan for offering solutions and coordinating the move in sync with my itinerary and schedule. Once the car was picked up, the drivers and the dispatch rep from the trucking company kept me informed of the vehicle's location at all times. My car was delivered on time as agreed and in good conditions. I put some personal belongings in the trunk, and everything arrived intact. The drivers were also courteous and professional. Thank you and I will definitely contact you again for any future moves!!
