Like many of the reviews, the original sales person was smooth, carefully explaining how Transport Services has its own trucks, all the drivers have 5 or more years of experience and the car will be picked up and dropped off on time, etc.... ALL LIES.
We had ONE request when we began the process. I wanted the car delivered on October 17. Pick it up whenever you need to, but deliver it on the October 17. "Yes." "We will do that." "Absolutely"....
October 1 I sent this email: "Please note the agreement here is the car will be arrive in West Palm Beach on October 17. If you cannot do this then please call me and we will cancel."
October 10 I called. "When are you picking up the car?" "We will call you 3-4 hours prior to pickup." "You can't give me any more notice than that?" "No."
October 14 I called. "When are you picking up the car? I want it delivered on the 17th." "The truck is in your area and has five pickups before you."
October 15. No call. No pickup. I send an email: " It is now Saturday, October 15, and I have not heard when the car will be picked up. Clearly you have, and had, no intention of fulfilling our agreement for the car to be picked up and delivered on Monday, October 17. I informed you on October 1, below, that if you could not do this then we would cancel. So now I am canceling my car shipment."
No reply.
No refund.
October 20... THREE DAYS after the car was supposed to be delivered...I get a call saying they want to pick up my car. Oh, and the driver is NOT from Transport Services. He says Transport Services has been trying to lay off my delivery with other companies.
DO NOT USE TRANSPORT SERVICES!!
