This was my first experience transporting a vehicle. I could not believe the amount of emails and phone calls I received when all I did was fill out one online application. I decided to give a few companies a call to get some information and see what it was going to cost for me to ship my car so I didn't have to make that dreadful drive across the country. I spoke to three companies before finally getting in touch with Dustin at Transport Services. He was so helpful, and informative. It seemed as if all the other companies were just trying to get my money and move on to the next call. Dustin took his time, and explained how everything in the transport industry worked. I never really understood that there were two side to the transport business, as Dustin explained. When he wanted to make sure he answered the question accurately, he kindly asked me to hold for a moment and put his manager (Ryan) on the phone, and he was just as, if not more helpful. They were not the lowest price, but they were very professional, and took the time to explain exactly how everything would work. I was overwhelmed with what company to go with, and if I was making the correct decision even transporting my vehicle, being that it is my biggest asset as of now. But after talking to Dustin and Ryan, I decided they were honest and weren't just trying to take my money and never speak to me again. As time moved on, and it was getting closer to the first available day for my vehicle to be picked up, I had some second thoughts, and many more questions. So I called, and Dustin was more than willing to take all the time I needed to answer all of my questions, and assure me that I had nothing to worry about, I was in great hands, and thanked me for letting us do this for me. He was 100% right, everything went exactly as I was told, and my car got to Florida without any damage, and it was the same driver that picked my vehicle up in Oregon. I would recommend Transport Services to anyone that needs to get their vehicle moved without any of the headaches or horror stories that I have heard from a lot of people. Also, their customer service was great, they called me and let me know when the driver would beat my house to pick up my vehicle, the drivers name, and phone number.
