No communication & Horrible Customer Service

I was told that my car would be delivered no later than 5 days and that 24 hours before pick up and delivery, I would be contacted to schedule a window. I was NEVER called about pick up or delivery - it always ended up with me calling several times to try to find out if anything was happening and i was always told to expect a call back which never happened. I finally find out the driver's number and started dealing with him myself because Transport Services always claimed that the driver was driving and not answering the phone. My pick up was suppose to be at noon, and it didn't happen until almost 6 pm. i expected delivery Wed evening, but again no communication from anyone and I called and called until finally i got a call from someone who said she knew the driver and said delivery was not happening with no explanation. Delivery was scheduled for Thurs evening. Again, called all day Thursday to driver and Transport Services with no answers. Finally got another call from another woman that said she knew the driver and that the truck broke down so again no delivery. I requested delivery before 8 am on Friday which she said ok. Called Friday morning, and was told can't make it at 8 am will be there by noon. Called at 11 am, no answers from transport services or driver. It wasn't until 1230pm that i received a call from the driver saying he was 38 miles away and would be there within the hour. 3 HOURS LATER, i get a call saying that he just exited. Really?? 3 HOURS to drive 38 MILES?? Driver got lost so it wasn't until after 430 pm did he actually arrive. My car was the only one left on the truck. It was dirty on the outside which I expected being it was transported in an open container. HOWEVER, my less than yr old car had black smudges ALL OVER THE leather and interior. I'm talking front seats, both front doors, and the back seat. They obviously drove my car around because they put on over 80 miles and USED all of the gas so that it was on EMPTY. I of course asked them about it and they just said the gas was burned up by idling and that they only drove it to a secure lot. Really? then why are both the seats pushed all the way back and leaned way back and my radio stations were changed AND the a/c system was set differently for the driver and passenger?

Since then, I have called Transport Services EVERYDAY trying to talk to someone about this and NO ONE has returned my calls. When I do call, I always get sent to someone's random voicemail and i do not get a call back OR i get put on hold for 10 minutes at which I hang up and call back and then get sent to someone else's voicemail. I've been told by customer service and sales, that someone (Wendy, Jeremy, Accounting...) will call me by the end of the day which NEVER happens.

i am VERY DISAPPOINTED and would not recommend them to anyone. especially with how UNPROFESSIONAL they have acted during the whole process.

Will someone at Transport Services PLEASE contact me regarding my issues??
