Incredible customer service. Riley was able to meet our needs on short notice and calm all our fears. Moving completely sucks having Riley and her company at our back made this facet of the process painless. Both of the drivers that picked up our cars going to two different states were professional, and helpful. Will update review upon receipt of the vehicles but I'm going to sleep well tonight having chosen this transportation company. Update #1: When things went sideways with our moving situation, I called Riley to activate a quote for a second car that was being shipped from MD to FL. I had been calling around frantically to friends and neighbors to see who could hold the keys and meet up with the driver, etc. But she was able to get it picked up within an hour of speaking to her and it arrived in Florida the NEXT MORNING in perfect condition. I cannot express how grateful and happy I am that I chose Transport Masters.
