I rarely review companies online. I understand a company is hard pressed to please everyone all the time; however, I just wanted to document that unlike several other customers' reviews on other sites, my experience was stellar from initial contact through actual performance of contract with this company. Carlton was my booking agent and he was thorough in every aspect from quote to booking to customer support during the transport of my new purchased SUV out of state dealer to delivery. They were on time and never added or performed a bait and switch maneuver on the transaction. Someone was always available 24/7 to assist. The transport driver was great on communication so again no problems. If you need to get a vehicle safely to your destination call them and ask for Carlton. They may not be the least expensive but certainly reasonable and very reliable. I would trust them again with any future transport needs. Could not have been more seamless and stress free for high value item.
