I have dealt with Alex twice. He is professional, courteous and always reassuring. Both trips went off without a hitch. I see no reason to use anyone else. Dealt with a different carrier a few years ago and had to leave my car with a neighbor when carrier missed pickup by a few days and I had to catch a plane. Won't do that again
