Terrible service, do not recommend

I've shipped a number of cars in the past and this is by far the worst company I've ever worked with. When I was requesting a quote I received a phone call within minutes, after they received their broker fee it was almost impossible to contact them, their 800 number was generally un-staffed and they did not return any of my voicemails or emails.

I was told my car would be on a truck within 2 weeks, but my car sat for almost 2 months on the national boards before they canceled my order. Now I'm on the hook for storage fees and expedited shipment fees, along with my deposit, none of which I expect to get back.
