Dear Customer we apologize for any misunderstanding there might have been during your transport. We try to do our best in satisfying our customers but do to bad weather there were some delays. Another thing we wanted to point out was that when we did have a driver we were unable to get a hold of the person at pick up so its company policy to make sure that everyone is on the same page and we were not going to send a driver out with no confirmation of someone being there. once we were able to get a hold of your point of contact at pick up everything was done in a timely manner. We strive to please all our customers and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused but if we would of been able to communicate with your point of contact from the start we would of never ran into any issues. As our customer we value your business and we hope to rectify this issue so that it will not happen again. We are glad your vehicle got there safe and if there is anything we can do on our end please let us know. Thank you.
