Dear Client, I am sorry you feel that way but i hold confirmation that your vehicle was picked up and delivered, so where is the miss communication? And as far as never picking up your calls we have recorded documents where we picked up every call you made to our company (including all emails). Now I see you also commented that we told you that drivers wanted to pick up larger vehicles before yours. I'm sorry no offense, but we would never say that because the fact is Carrier companies much rather take small vehicles vs larger ones because this way it leaves more room and capacity to load on other vehicles which means more $$$ to them. Again we are sorry you feel this way when we have rendered all services on your demand.
