Mr. Viveiros was contacted and updated step by step on his order via email and through our dispatch department every step of the way so i don't understand where we failed in communication. He was well aware at the time of booking that for the price he wanted to pay it was going to take some time to secure a driver. This was his option because he did not want to pay the standard shipping quote which we offered at the time of booking. We had drivers to pick up his vehicle and he never responded back. After he breached our contract by booking with another carrier while he was under contract with us was when he canceled his order with us. He was refunded his money minus cancellation fee which he was aware of at the time of cancellation. We are sorry that we were unable to satisfy this customer but sometimes we can only do so much if the client is not willing to cooperate during the shipping process. Our company strives to satisfy every single client and we have done so thus far as our reviews show. We will learn from this experience and will prevent from this happening again.
