Overall, I had a great experience. It all started with an unobtrusive automated email and a friendly but informative voicemail. I called Mike back the next day and he was very informative. He introduced me to a bid option where the drivers bid on moving my car! I paid less than the going rate, and only a bit more than the starting bid.
It took 2 weeks to finalize a driver, and when he showed up, he was very professional. I got my car only a few days later, and there was not a scratch or dent on it that wasn't there before. I am impressed.
