Derek Beckford blew EVERY SINGLE PROMISE AND TIMELINE HE MADE. I had to initiate every single call and once he knew the delivery wasn't going to happen, he just started to outright lie and avoid me all together. I waited for the driver who was perpetually "just a few stops away" as long as I could and had to LITERALLY leave my car in a parking lot to catch my plane. 24 hours later it is still sitting right where I left it.
Trust me whatever discount he is promising you isn't worth the lies and broken promises you will endure; find someone else... anyone else.
