I called Transport Executives to move my car from NY to Colorado. Since I was moving, I called them in advance to have my car in Colorado by the time I flew out. I spoke to Michael on the phone on Monday, and said that he should have a carrier by the end of the week, if not, he'd call me next Monday.
Next Monday rolls by and no call. So, I call back and Michael blatantly states that he "Dropped the Ball," meaning he forgot about my order of more than a week and starts to give me a sob story about how swapped they are with work.
I called the next day to see about my order and asked to speak to a manager. They told me that the office manager would call me back within the hour. That never ever happened.

This is an unprofessional, unreliable, pitiful excuse for a Better-Business Bureau Rated Company.
