I had never used a service of this type before and after being contacted from several different companies I was very pleased to talk to someone that didn't sound as if they were trying to sell me a line of BS. Bill was very open, honest and extremely helpful in making this a very easy process. I probably aggrevated them more with all of my questions due to my ignorance of the entire process. Was very pleased with his choice of carrier as well. Wasn't sure what was going to show up at loading time, to my surprise Bill selected a carrier that operated quality equipment. Made turning the keys of my vehicle over to a complete stranger a lot easier. I would highly recommend placing your trust in Bill with Transport Connection. He fulfilled every promise he made to me and when everything was done there were no hidden charges or surprises. Thanks for making for my first experience a great on. Should I ever be faced with this again I will not bother contacting anyone else.
