There are many disreputable people out there in the world. Arranging transport of a vehicle is unnerving. There are many promises and many companies. The entire process is weird. There is a broker who arranges for transport. They may not know each other and want the consumer to trust the transporter. One must do their due diligence in the selection process, but it really comes down to picking the broker that sound the most honest and has great reviews and not solicited ones. By the time I found Bill, I was very confused and he was just crazy enough to be believable. He found me a transporter rather quickly and it was a guy he had never dealt with. Bill has a way of dealing with consumers and transporters that engenders trust. I am glad to say the $200 I paid for the broker fee was worth it and the transporter, even though he brought the car at 2:30 in the morning instead of 7 pm and then locked the keys in the car, was fun to deal with. He was probably burnt by some disreputable customers. Finally we connected to give him his money, but we had to work at it and once again at 3 am. I would recommend both the broker and the transporter highly. They are honest and the transporter works too hard and tries to do too much at the same time. You cannot go wrong with Transportation Connection and Bill Avrich.
