Great service - Would Use Again

I would trust Bill Avrich to find a responsible carrier to transport any vehicle anywhere. The pickup was ontime as was the delivery. I was kept informed of what was happening.
I found Transport Connection after reading the reviews here at Transport Reviews and eliminating the compensated reviews.
I went to Transport Connections home page and read all the information on his page and requested a quote. I was sent an email with some information. In this message TC said to email or call them. I sent an email with some questions I had. I did not get any reply. The next day I got a call from Bill and asked if he had received my email message. He said he does all his business by phone only, and doesn't read the email. This was a little irritating, obviously they sent an email with a quote, probably an automated message. However... Bill did answer all my questions over the phone and I made the deal. As I read in another review, plan on having a half hour or more free time when you call Bill, because he will be interupted with other phone calls and put you on hold for a minute or two, maybe more than once. As Bill told me, he needs to hire an assistant.
One other thing that I told Bill that he needs to change was to stop advertising that he accepts PayPal, HE DOES NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. He said that was for amateurs. I disagree Bill. I prefer using PayPal because then I do not have to give out my credit card numbers to strangers over the phone. I use them as I do my bank and keep money in there to use for transactions with new vendors.
As I said at the beginning of this review, I would trust Bill Avrich/Transport Connection to handle my transport needs again in the future. This was the first time that I have used this type of service. Overall I was very happy with this whole transaction.
