Bill Avrich was excellent and made the whole stressful process simple and understandable.

We had some issues with the actual transport company picking-up the cars several days later than originally agreed (and after we had left GA). But with Bill's help in talking to them, they agreed to dates and kept their word and the whole process went fairly smoothly.
