Bill Avrich at Transport Connection took the time to explain the whole car shipping process to me. I had no idea how it all worked when I started. He went into detail about the pros and cons of listing your vehicle at a low price vs listing it at a high price. He even put me on the line with the carrier I ended up using so that I could personally get all the pricing specifics and consider the option of shipping to a nearby larger city for a cheaper price. My only complaint would be with the carrier who insisted on picking up and delivering the car in a large box store parking lot rather than coming directly to my house. I'm pretty sure the truck, even though very large, could have easily made it to both the pick up house and my house. It just seems like it should not be advertised as door to door shipping if they aren't even going to try. However, the actual shipping was quick and efficient and I am overall very happy with the service from Transport Connection.
