At first, Bill and I got off on the wrong foot, but since him and I are so much alike, we had it out and then we moved on to the business part of getting my car to Texas. Then, Bill was honest, on my side, kept in contact with me every day as soon as a carrier called him. Another great thing was he answered every time I call him, even after business hours, and being new to this, he explained the whole process to me until I understood completely. When I chose a carrier something happened the day before my car was to be picked up and when Bill found out what was going on, the driver chewed and cussed me out and I loved that Bill stepped in and took control of how this man was talking to me. And later that night, he found me another carrier, IGZ Corporation, and they were still able to pick my car up as scheduled with the first carrier.

This man is a machine in this business and is with you through every step of the process and if I ever have to have a car transported again, the only broker I would call for the rest of my life will be Bill. He has made that much of a fantastic impression on me. Surprising to me, we have actually become friends through this process and is so much fun to talk to.

So basically, if you're looking for a broker to have your car transported, PLEASE use Bill. And let me say, he says what's on his mind so if you start off on the wrong foot with him, don't give up. You'll work it through with him, it won't be used against you and he'll still work very hard for you in getting you the best deal with a great company. Because as I said earlier, he and I started off on the wrong foot and now we're friends and we had it out and then moved on and never talked about it again.

In a nutshell, USE Bill. He's the best there is!!!!!!!
