OK - so the form that I filled out online does not recognize hours when asked how long it took to deliver the car. I entered 9 hours and it showed up as 9 days.
The car was delivered the same day it was picked up! 1 Day (9 hours after pickup in Pittsburgh Pa, my car was delivered in Richmond, VA)
