All my fears about transporting my car across the country were put to rest when I received a "live voice" call from Bill at Transport Connection just five minutes after I first posted my request online. He answered all my questions. This really put my mind at ease about the whole process...and it was a "person" not a "punch-one-if-you-want-this" recording. Bill provided me with the nitty gritty information about preparing my car for transport (antenna, any loose items, cash only on delivery etc.) Once a carrier was located the car was picked up- on time- in a location that was unbelievably convenient to me. People in the small community in Southern Indiana couldn't believe I was "trucking" my car across country. It arrived 3 1/2 days later in California in the exact same condition it left. I would absolutely use the service again. Great value for the service.
